Wether you're feeling scattered, ineffective, run down or overcome with grief or growing pains, my intention is to help you facilitate your own healing through introspection and the use of energy tools with the goals of your higher self in mind. When you operate out of alignment, you tend to create chaos around you and ultimately that dissonance leads to suffering. Through my work as a teacher, mentor and healer I encourage my students to shift out of their harmful patterns and integrate the lessons they learn from their spiritual practice into daily life. The teachings I present will bring you back into harmony with your true knowing by implementing methods of reprogramming your consciousness, shifting your perspective, and owning your power to the fullest extent. My goal isn't to create a faux-ideal "success" story, but rather to set you up to walk your path with confidence and efficiency to achieve the things you set out to accomplish on a soul level.
